GTA: Mafia Community Rules

Below you will find a set in stone list of rules. Rather it be for Assassinations or Free mode wars (FMW). The rules have been agreed on by the Community Hierarchy and are permanent and will not be changed or altered moving forward. The only time any rules should be created and voted on is when new Down-loadable content comes out i.e. New gear, weapons, or cars. If a family does not follow these rules there will be a case built against that family and you will be recommended and voted to be placed on the Blacklist until you decide you want to be a responsible family within this structured community. Every family within the community is held responsible for their actions. Your family's reputation and name is on the line. These rules and guidelines are set in place to keep this fun and true to the organized mafia way.

General Rules:

There is a set of known rules, that everyone in the community should know. But for the sake of someone not knowing or being confused, the following is those said rules.

• Tanks, Fighter jets, Hydra Jets, Buzzards, Annihilators, Savage Heli, Valkyrie Heli, Super cars, Armored Karuma, Insurgent with and without the mounted gun and cars with a back panel (even if you do not have the back panel on) are all banned from use vehicles at all times (banned even if used for transport) and deemed illegal in the eyes of the mafia community. Mini Guns, RPGs, Homing Missiles,remote detonated bombs (Stickies) or Proximity bombs and bullet proof helmets are also banned from use AGAINST OTHER MAFIA FAMILIES. If any of these are used at any time against another crime family, it is considered a breach in the rules and is breaking role play. If used in a FMW ( War) the family that uses any of these banned weapons or vehicles, will automatically forfeit that FMW.
• Third party help is not allowed at any time.Third party help consist of anyone that is not another mafia family. Rather it be a randoms or someone from another community (MCs, Military, Police, or street gang) This will be considered a breach in the rules and is breaking role play. If in a FMW with another mafia crew, and it is clear that a family has third party helping them, they automatically forfeit that FMW. In order for it not to be considered third party help, that player must posses a legit mafia family crew tag.
• No assassinations count in a all dons meeting. It shows that you can not be mature and hold yourself in a respectful manor to handle official business.
• If you are seen constantly killing yourself or leaving lobbies in the middle of being shot at, as well as always fleeing to your apartment to prevent an assassination. This will now be viewed as evidence towards a black list case. 
• When faced against randoms, Militaries, MCs or any other crew that is not mafia, and they are using any of the illegal weapons or banned aircraft, you are now allowed to use any weapon (not aircraft) to defend yourself or to get them out of the air. This does not mean, go around killing randoms or none mafia crews with these weapons for no reason. This means when being killed or threatened with any of these weapons or aircraft, you defend yourself at any means possible. Keep it respectful. If any of these persons confronts you with assault rifles, go heads up with them. 

Assassinations:

Objective:

To enter a GTA online lobby. Locate a target . Exit your apartment. Execute your target within the guidelines of the assassination rules. Make it back to your apartment without dying. You do not have to leave the lobby to complete the assassination. As long as you make it back to your apartment, that assassination is complete. If you die for any reason rather it be by a AI cop, civilian driver, or another person in that lobby during the assassination. A death is a death and there is no excuses if you die any time during your attempted assassination, you are no longer able to complete any assassination in that particular lobby. If you do complete an assassination and make it back to your apartment that assassination is complete. You can come back out and attempt another assassination in that same lobby. Same rules listed above apply.

Rules:

• You must join your targets lobby. It will not be a valid assassination if they joined yours.
• You can not go into passive for any reason in that lobby before or after you assassinate your target.
• You can not use any mafia community appointed illegal weapons such as Minigun, Grenade launcher, RPG, Auto Shot gun.
• You can not use any Super car or car that has a back panel (I.E. Jester, Monroe) or the armored Karuma. But any other vehicle is allowed. (These are also terms for Free mode as well.)
• If your target is on foot and not in any vehicle running from you, you are not allowed to kill your target in a drive by, you have to be on foot. However, if your target is in a vehicle, and you are chasing with your vehicle. You are allowed to kill the target while in your vehicle and it be an accepted assassination. This is the only accepted time you are allowed to complete an assassination while in a vehicle. This has to be a car chase. Your target may not be just sitting in a car, you drive up, kill them, and flee the scene.
• You are allowed to use the off the radar ability which is given to you through Lester. 
• Remote detonate bombs (Stickies) and Proximity bombs Prohibited from any use. They are considered an illegal and will void any assassination attempt if used.
• Anyone that has a legit mafia crew tag is allowed to assassinate their target without having to place a bounty on the target. Even if that person does not have a gamer tag change. But a mafia crew tag is required in order for the assassination to be valid.

Free Mode Wars (FMW):

Objectives and Guidelines:

The objective of a FMW is to battle your rival. Rather it be crew on crew or you and your allies against your rival and their allies. The idea is to fight your rival until they surrender and leave the lobby which in the terms of the mafia community "A PUSH OUT". There must be at least 4 members of each family in a lobby in order to for it to be considered a FMW. Anything less is just a fight and no war has started so no war can end. A family in the midst of a FMW must stay out and fight. If majority of one family ( half or more) resort to their apartment or passive mode for longer then 15 mins. This will be considered a PUSH OUT. You are not allowed to go to your apartment or passive mode and try to wait  out your rival in hopes that they leave the lobby, so you can call a push out. If third party help comes in to help a particular family in the FMW it will be considered an automatic Forfeit. If any banned vehicles or weapons  are used in a FMW by any particular family, for any reason including use of remote detonated bombs (stickies) or proximity bombs. That family automatically forfeits that FMW.
